Enter a world of creativity and colour!

Creating new products, which occurs simultaneously with production, is our way of constantly following this path. In addition to our main designer in Sweden, students from the Estonian Academy of Arts are also involved with the creation and development of Nedholm's beautiful products. In co-operation with the students, new and wonderful products are created, which we are proud to have bear the Nedholm name. Thanks to this co-operation, the most talented Estonian art and product design students are provided with a first-class opportunity to work and express their talent, and the Nedholm product catalogue maintains its innovative and youthful dimension. The first products created by the students are already in production, and their success allows us to confirm that our co-operation will continue into the future.

In the last few years, our entire product catalogue has undergone extensive changes. In addition to new products, we have also made changes to our production methods and materials. Now, all Nedholm products focus on nature, friends, and warmth. Workbenches that operate using only green energy and nature-friendly stains are only a part of our nature friendly attitude.

In addition to our co-operative activities and other changes, Nedholm has also considerably expanded the ranks of its designers. Along with Marie Gustafsson, two Estonian designers - Klaarika Sinimeri and Meelis Mölder - now work with us.

Good design is easy to comprehend

Marie Gustafsson believes that Scandinavian design is defined by simplicity, functionality, elegance, and humour. According to Marie, she is successful as a designer when she is able to effectively combine form, appearance, and practicality!

Meelis Mölder finds that the best way to create something is to discover functionality through simplicity. For Meelis, three fundamental characteristics are a sign of good design. The design must be easy to comprehend; it must be convenient to use; and naturally, it must look good. But the main thing that interests and spurs Meelis on is the opportunity to investigate and search, and finally, create a product that is better than something else. And what's even more important is to understand what makes this product better than earlier models.

Klaarika Sinimeri places high value on nature and natural materials. Klaarika likes homes that are simple, comfortable, and stylish. Her designs are often inspired by nature and its diversity. Klaarika's designs are always innovative and surprising. Her designs honour old traditions, while adding crisp innovation and contemporary style.
